Pursuit 8
The RSS feeds can be fun to read, but I think I have to develop my scanning skills or else I will spend all day reading on the computer. I have set up a Google Reader account. I hope to use it to keep track of other postings of my fellow teachers at MDE. I've add Tech101 but am looking for the names of our other users.

You all know who Julie is, right? And Naletta? I think that is it. Let us know when you have a good list.
My reader gets a little unweildy at times and then I have to delete some of my feeds. This morning I had 117 unread articles. Yipes. I love it though, and would not be without it now. I do think that I have spend more time on the computer in the last month than I have in the last 11 altogether!
I don't know who Julie is, could either of you let me know.
I have exactly the same feeling: am I going to spend all my day behind the computer? Right now school is out and I have plenty of time, but I count on the feedback/trends of my Google Reader to weed out the feeds that I hardly use...
Thanks for the idea. Clearly that RSS was my biggest challenge as I can't get other blogs from Library2Play on it. Alright I will go back and try again. And yes, I know Julie too.
By the way, why are you calling them 'pursuits'?
